1. Can I make regular calls using SKY ECC? 

You can communicate with other SKY users only. SKE ECC does not allow for outbound calls to other unsecured devices. 

2. Can I use social media on my SKY ECC device?

No, you can only use the SKY ECC messaging application on your device. You can also use your calculator and camera. You can send images, voice notes and text to other SKY ECC users.

3.  Is there an additional charge for using SKY ECC when travelling?

No, SKY ECC provides Global coverage at a flat rate. 

4. Do I get a local number when I subscribe to SKY ECC?

You get a unique SKY ECC ID that serves as your unique identifier.
